Agreement
By using this site or asking us to locate an apartment for you, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Who we are
The No Credit Check Apartment Team runs No Credit Check Apartments. Our broker is Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC, a Texas real estate brokerage licensed under TREC #562021.
What we do
We help Texas renters who have credit or background screening issues look for apartment communities whose screening criteria may fit their situation. We cover Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, plus surrounding suburbs. The service is 100% free to renters. Apartment communities pay us a referral fee when a renter we refer signs a lease.
What we don't do
We're not a guarantor company. We don't lend money or give legal advice, and we don't guarantee approval at any specific community. Our job is to point you to communities whose screening policies may fit your situation. Each property manager makes the final approval decision. We won't help you hide, fake, or misstate anything on a screening application. Tell the truth on every application.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about your credit, rental history, criminal record, and income. If you give false information, you can get denied, lose your application fees, and possibly face legal consequences. You're responsible for the standard application and admin fees that each apartment community charges.
No promise of approval
Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee that you'll be approved. Property managers change their screening policies without notice. A community that's flexible today may not be tomorrow. We do our best to keep up, but final approval decisions are out of our hands.

Everything on this site, including the guides, blog posts, and service pages, is for information only. It comes from our team’s years in real estate, but every situation is different. What we're not liable for
