What we look for in each metro

Send us your rent budget, move-in deadline and where you'd like to live. If credit or rental history is an issue, tell us what's on it. A policy at one property doesn't carry over to the next, even in the same city. We handle every one of these in all five metros, not just one per city:

• Bad credit, where a risk fee may take the place of a denial
• Broken leases, paid off or still owed
